TÍTULO: "Adaptive optics scanning light ophthalmoscopy and its application
to retinal disease"
Dr. Dubra's long-term interest is the visualization of retinal structure
and function to improve the diagnosing and understanding of eye disease. He
pursues this goal through the incorporation of techniques and technology
from optics, astronomy, image processing, electrical engineering and
biomedical engineering. Currently, most of his focus is on the search for
biomarkers for early detection and progression monitoring of inherited
photoreceptor conditions, glaucoma and other neurodegenerative diseases.
