ICQG5 - Pre Conference Short Courses

The 5th International Conference on Quantitative Genetics (ICQG5) will be
held in Madison - Wisconsin, USA, during June 12-17, 2016 (www.icqg5.org)

During the week prior to the Conference we will be offering a few short
courses for those interested on making their trip to Madison even worthier.

There will be two sessions, with two course each, as following:

Session I (M, T and W morning):

Course 1: Applied Plant Genomics and Bioinformatics. Instructor: Candy
Hirsch (hirschlab.cfans.umn.edu)

Course 2: Statistical Genetics of Quantitative Traits and Complex Disease.
Instructor: Matt Robinson (www.cnsgenomics.com)

Session II (W afternoon, Tr, F):

Course 3: Computational Approaches for Inference and Analysis of Molecular
Networks. Instructor: Sushmita Roy (discovery.wisc.edu/~sroy/)

Course 4: Genomic Selection in the Era of Genome Sequencing. Instructor: Ben
Hayes (agriculture.vic.gov.au)

So participants will be able to pick one course in Session I and one course
in Session II.

More information will be posted soon at the ICQG5 webpage, including
registration link.
