Héctor Cancela - Personal Home Page (here in Spanish)

Héctor Cancela is Full Professor at the Operations Research Department,  Computer Science Institute, of the Engineering School, University of the Republic of Uruguay. He currently serving as Dean of the Engineering School.

His research interests include simulation and combinatorial optimization techniques applied to communication network and transportation network evaluation and design.

He is also interested in Information Society activities and in the engineering degree accreditation program of the MERCOSUR.
