Although family and community can assist the brain injured Memory Hack survivor towards recovery, the majority of the effort towards this goal will need to be made by the patient through his attitude and his effort to work towards progress. Sylvia Behnish has published her first non-fiction novel entitled "Rollercoaster Ride With Brain Injury (For Loved Ones)" which tells of their journey along the path of progress during the year following her partner's brain injury. Her first fiction book entitled "His Sins", a three generation family saga, is due out early in the new year. She has also had numerous articles published in newspapers and magazines in both Canada and the United States.

The ways in which we feel, think, and tackle with our personal lives and the incidents that take place determine our mental health. The mental health of a person also helps him in taking the decisions in life. Everyone needs to be in good physical conditions and likewise they need a good mental make-up so that the life carries on steadily. Stress and worries are there in everyone's life but if a person is mentally ill, the stress becomes difficult to handle and the daily life of a person is disturbed. Every aspect of life becomes problematic if a person does not enjoy sound mental health.

The problems that arise if a person is not mentally well include phobias, depression, schizophrenia, and other bipolar disorders. These diseases or problems can be treated and medicine therapies can be taken to improve a person's overall health. Anyone can suffer from mental health problems and according to the experts, all of us are vulnerable to such diseases. Anyone, whether rich or poor, male or female, can have a mental disease. The number of cases of mental health disorders is huge and people from all walks of life are a part of it.
