Would you believe me if I told you that too many people, including Meridian Health Protocol health freaks, neglect one of the most important muscles in their body? Well it's true! Can you guess what it is? If you guessed the brain you are correct. I myself am a ecstatic health freak. I love taking care of my body, I love supplements, I love going to the gym and learning about healthy practices, I love it all!
