While the individual 30 day trials will be relatively small and Uncompromised Life simple, the overall goal is large enough to keep them committed, even if they have a hard time getting excited about each individual challenge. Next, you want to make sure you are accountable for successfully completing your challenge. The easiest way to be accountable for something is to make the challenge public. You don't necessarily need to tell everyone in your life that you are going to make this change in your life, but you should at least tell a few level-minded people whom you respect, and to whom you would feel bad about disappointing if you don't complete the challenge.

Finally, it's a good idea to set rewards throughout the challenge to keep yourself feeling encouraged to complete the challenge. For instance, you can set a small reward at the end of each day, a slightly larger reward for sticking to your plan at the end of each week, and something big and significant to look forward to at the end of the 30 days. If you want to be successful, look around at successful people. How do they achieve their success?

There are typically five factors that lead them to their success. First, they dreamed a dream. One of the requirements of being successful is having the desire--something that drives you to move beyond where you are now. It is all the better if the dream is about doing something you totally love. The excitement, the passion, and compelling nature of that dream serves to motivate you during the hard work to get there. The interest sparks the enthusiasm to attempt things and get better and better.
