Comments about bug reports
The information included in the reports is directly taken from the tool that technical partners are using in order to track the bugs. For this reason there are some bugs that include very technical comments that are probably not very useful for non technical partners. Please dismiss these.

Approximately once a week, we process all the bugs reported via the "bug reporting tool", we classify these bugs and we include them in this tool. This means that it can take some days until a bug appears in these reports since the moment it is reported.

In the following image you can see the most important fields that you can find in the reports. Click on the image to enlarge it.

Each bug has a status, the most important are:
new - the bug has just been reported
assigned - the bug is assigned to a developer
resolved - the bug is resolved, but not yet available on the system
closed - the bug is resolved and it is available in the system

This means that you will not see the solution of a bug in the system until its status is closed.

In order to avoid duplicated bugs, if we realize that a bug was already reported by other partner we do not report this again. That is why there are probably some bugs you reported that were not included. However, if you think that something was not included by other partner either, please let us know.

Finally, if by chance you get to the following page when clicking in "Download", it means that you typed a wrong password. In this case, press the "back button" in your browser and try again.
