The Laboratorio de Medios (medialab) of the Engineering School is a research lab working in the areas of Human-Computer Interaction and New Media Art. The lab’s personnel is in charge of three undergrad courses, directs undergraduate and postgraduate thesis, runs two workshops. It’s research is centered in accesibility (mainly for children with motor impairments), applied cognitive psychology, new media art, digital lutherie, visual lutherie, and computer music.
