Registration fee:

• Early registration, regular USD 200
• Early registration, student USD 120
• Late registration, regular USD 240
• Late registration, student USD 140

The registration fee covers use of facilities, participation in the tutorials and symposium, lunches, coffee breaks, social outing, symposium dinner and access to draft proceedings.

Grants

IFL 2025 will be able to offer a limited number of grants to support participation in the symposium and the tutorials. Grants may partially cover the registration fee or accommodation. The amount and type of financial support will be subject to availability. The grants are made possible by the support of the symposium’s industrial sponsors.

Priority will be given to those participants that submitted a regular or draft paper.

Grant applications are made as part of the registration procedure. Applicants must register and upload a short (one page) CV (students must include a proof of student status). It is not required to have paid the registration fee to apply for a grant.

• Notification of grant application: September 3 (AoE).
