Abstract: Implementing collaborative situation between organizations (in business, institutional, associative or any other context) is as critical for competitiveness of organizations as it is particularly difficult to establish (requiring currently a lot of manpower). Consequently, the automation of this task is a promising business and scientific domain. Within this context, the links between knowledge bases (whatever their storage format as ontologies, graph data-bases, etc.) and collaboration life cycle are deeply critical for automating the support of collaborative situations.
